No matter the trim level you choose, you will receive one of two top-notch powertrains. The first option is the base 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, which is standard on the LX trim level. Paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with Sport Mode, this engine puts out a peppy 184 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque. When paired with a front-wheel-drive model, this engine has an estimated fuel efficiency rating of 8.4 L/100 km in the city and 7.0 L/100 km on the highway.* This number changes on all-wheel-drive models, which see a 8.7 L/100 km fuel efficiency rating in the city and 7.2 L/100 km on the highway.*

All other CR-V models come standard with a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. This engine is also paired to a CVT and puts out 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque.
